Terms and Conditions

By purchasing our Dahlia tubers you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read before purchasing.

- All Dahlia Tubers will be shipped early November as a viable tuber with either a visible eye or shoot, starting in early November and will continue throughout November. As we live in a cooler climate, it can take a while for the tubers to wake up from dormancy. I will not be sending tubers any earlier than this.

- Once you receive your dahlia tubers please unbox them and store in a cool dry place. If there are any issues please contact us immediately. You need to monitor the tubers during your storage prior to planting and follow recommendations according to your climate.

- On our farm we monitor for any signs of virus or disease in our plants, however, some viruses are either dormant in the tuber, do not present themselves until the plant grows or can easily be transmitted from other vectors in your garden and therefore we are not held responsible and no refund will be offered.

- Dahlia tubers come in all shapes and sizes and this has no affect on the growth or productivity of the plant. A small tuber will produce the exact same plant as a large tuber. We will not offer any refunds or exchanges due to difference in anticipated size of the tuber you receive. 

- We will not be held responsible or offer refunds if your dahlia tubers do not grow. Please ensure you plant accordingly to your climate and location recommendations for dahlias. It is generally recommended that you wait until after the last frost to plant out. Make sure you follow growing instructions carefully including watering, fertilising, storage etc.  Dahlia plants will go dormant over the winter period and the foliage will die back.

- All tubers have been grown, stored by us and inspected carefully prior to shipping to ensure the highest quality tubers. Any issues please contact us immediately.

- Please ensure you select the correct shipping band according to the number of tubers ordering. Orders that have not selected the correct shipping will be contacted and the order will not be shipped until correct shipping amount has been paid for. If not, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

- Shipping prices are for EXPRESS parcel tracked post by Australia Post. Shipping is per order and for multiple separate orders,  shipping cannot be combined.

- Once the tubers leave our farm, we are no longer responsible for them during transport and handling by Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided to your supplied email address once posted. We are also not held responsible for the duration of the express postage as during busy periods postage can take longer than the predicted time.

- If any unforeseen circumstances occur, we have the right to cancel and refund orders as we see fit and you will be contacted immediately.

- If you accidentally knock the shoot when taking your tubers out of the packaging, don't worry it will grow back.

- We cannot ship to WA, TAS or NT due to quarantine restrictions, sorry.
